By making a purchase, you authorize Lumera Mood Candles to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
    

5. Shipping and Delivery
   We offer free shipping on all orders over €100, and shipping costs for orders under €100 are calculated based on weight and shipping location. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-4 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
    

6. Returns and Refunds
   We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been burned or used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping.
