SHIPPING & RETURNS
Ordering candles from Lumera Mood Candles is easy and hassle-free. We offer a variety of candles that you can browse on our website, select your desired scents and quantities, and add them to your cart. Once you have added everything you want to purchase, you can proceed to checkout.

Payment:
We accept Bancontact and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard.

Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the shipping location. We use Bpost, DHL and PostNL to ship our candles, and we only offer standard shipping options.

We currently only ship to European countries, United States and Canada.

Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after they are placed. If you need your candles by a certain date, please contact us at order@lumera.be, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package and see the estimated delivery date. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at order@lumera.be, and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at order@lumera.be, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses or other errors on the part of the customer.

Returns and Refunds:
We take pride in the quality of our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at order@lumera.be within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been burned or used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
